We want you to be happy with the quality, look and functionality of your Cancha bag. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your bag for a full refund. We have an extended 30-day extended returns period.

Returned bags must be in unused condition. We can’t accept a return if it arrives used, or damaged due to improper packaging. Preferably return in the original shipping bag.

Nice bag

I really appreciate having this day bag, which attaches to my main Cancha bag. If I need to bring work stuff along to the court, it all fits in here. And is waterproof!

Using this as my everyday work backpack is great! And when I want to go hit after or go to the gym, I attach the tennis bag, using it either as tennis or gym bag :)

Great bag, poor packaging

The bag is well made and surprising light. I wish the double-zipper would not open opposite the handle though.
By my concern is the way the bag is packaged. It was folded pretty badly, giving it permanent creases. I would describe this as ‘damaged during shipping, by design’. It’s a shame because it gives a worn-out, trashy look to something that could have been quite nice.
